No need to contact me, just to let you know how disappointed I was when you sold me a truck twice and didn’t deliver. Worst car buying experience ever. I’m now a proud owner of a Dodge Ram truck.
Went into dealership sat 11/23/13 bought a 2013 ford F150 reg cab truck. After got home wife came home later sat eve said what if have to put her auto in shop and she had to use my truck to transport grand kids where would they sit.Good pont there did not drive truck at all sunday was back at ford store at 9am Monday when they open.Try for 4hs to see if we could work things out. [Was willing to pay more to do so] long and short of it all was they where wanting me to spend more than could afford to do so. told them to just to put me back into my car.Manager said NO WAY AT ALL!!! I left truck at dealer rented a car to get home called back ask if they would please put a runner step on truck so wife could get into truck if she had to drive it. oh yea for 300bucks or so. went on line found runner step cost ony 150bucks. ONLY THING COULD THINK WAS shocked by deal my grand dad bought all his autos form the (dealer) family. But there management team in place to day awfull. THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY IS IF YOUR SHOPING FOR A AUTO AND PASSING (Dealership) FORD IN (town) IS KEEP ON TRUCKING YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!! The (dealership owners’) family are nice folk do know why its run this way.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SURE WHAT A SHAME.
I got a quote online for my trade in and felt it was low. I was told to come in and talk with the online manager to get an increased quote. I brought it in (which was hard in and of itself considering I had to find a babysitter for my oldest two and had to bring my youngest special needs child with me)and after waiting forever and being shuffled off to some salesman I was given a new quote that was $400 LESS than what I had originally gotten online. The salesman acted as if he had no idea that it was lower even though I had explained the whole situation to him before he went out to look at the car. After he tried to badger me into taking his new LOWER price I explained that the online quote was guaranteed and he couldn’t offer me less than what was offered online. (Dealership) is a certified autotrader dealership and the employees should know the ins and outs of online trade in price quoting. They should not have to be schooled by the customer. I explained AGAIN that I wanted more than the autotrader quote and would definately not take less. Then he went to “talk to the manager” and stayed gone forever. When he came back he was so proud to tell me that he would in fact honor the online quote although assured me that my car was not worth that and he was doing me a favor. I shouldn’t have to explain all the reasons that that treatment is unacceptable. You HAVE to honor the quote anyway. My car is worth more than that quote and I have the quotes from other dealerships to prove it. I didn’t lie or omit things from the online questionnaire that was would void that quote (as he more than suggested that I had done). At this point my youngest was crying and I was insulted and it was then that he brought out a form already filled out that he began to explain to me. He had a van on there and it’s price minus my trade in (etc etc). I had never picked out a van and I told him that. I had never even looked at the cars on the lot at all. I asked him what van he was tlaking about. He said the van I wanted. I told him I had not picked one out. But he continued going over the form anyway. (This is ridiculous, by the way, to expect that I would buy a car I had not picked out.) He then said that the price of the van had INCREASED $4000 (which COINCIDENTALLY, I am sure, is the amount of my trade in offer) over the price that is on the car. He apologized for the price increase. (I’m laughing at this point, because…really?) So, essentially he was asking my to buy a van I had never seen and pay more than it was advertised for while basically making my trade in worthless. By this time I had told him twice that I was not interested. I got up and tried to leave, but he kept trying. I told him again that I was not interested and told him why. He asked what it would take to get my business and I said that I came in only to see if the online quote for my trade would be increased. I had not looked at cars and was not going to buy a car today no matter what. He said he thought that he had my business when he got the manager to allow the quote increase on my trade in $400. He said, “I know your husband and I know he would not lose a deal over $400. Now, obviously he doesn’t know my husband or he would know that my husband would lose a deal over $40. But that’s neither here nor there. Basically, he saw a woman with a child come in and thought he could snowball me into selling my car for more than it was worth and then buying a car I’d never seen for more than it was listed for. How dumb did he think I was? I was so offended at how I was treated by (Dealership) that I wouldn’t come back if you were giving cars away. You shouldn’t assume that women don’t know what they are doing when they come in. I know how to haggle and I have bought cars before. My gender does not impede my ability to negotiate. I have spread the word at how I was treated and everyone has gotten a good laugh at how audacious (Dealership) salesman were to treat someone like they were absolute idiots.
Who do you think you are? Saying I am $4500 in the hole on (my wife’s) focus. What an insult!! You want what for the blue 2011 Focus? $13700. Guess what KBB says it would sell for total retail as private party–$10,000. So, you probably traded for it and gave wholesale about $7000. Therefore pocketing around $6000 on selling it to me. This is not only not amusing but not Christ like to take advantage of someone you know can no way afford anything like this!!!!!!!!! Shame! I’m probably going to another dealer. Thanks for the work you did on the 2005 Focus. I had to sell it when I got sick and was out of work 3 months. Take care.
I bought a Ford Fusion from you in 2007. I decided I wanted a bigger car and came to your sales center to buy a Ford Edge. The sales staff was horrible. They ran my credit 12 times and lowered my credit score. They were told to run it 1 time. My husband and I confronted the salesman we were working with and he just laughed it off. Horrible, horrible experience. I waited 6 months and bought the Edge I wanted from (dealership).
quit selling cars . go get a real job where you actualy earn your money! and you will see that you don’t EARN it you are thieves having your way in an un regulated market! just like the housing market, being upside down means you sold it for more than its WORTH its that simple! it brought that market down and it will get yours too ! your used car department is a joke for the consumer! brought a car back once for a leaking rear hatch which had it less than a month and your salesman told me to get a job and fix it myself! im disabled, he knew the car leaked before he sold it. because he dodged my calls after the sale !! second car engine light came on immediately service manager said he got water on the plug wires when he washed it! what a joke!! guess who fixed it the disabled guy while you guys worried about moving to your new building and dodging responsibility! that same vehichle also had rear broke shocks and 3 different kinds of tire on it ! you guessed it the disabled guy fixed that too . but that’s the way its supposed to be right did I mention im upside down on that car. well you get the idea, thers plenty more, just don’t feel like waisting anymore time helping (Dealership) take advantage of the public enjoy your wealth (owner’s name).
I appreciate someone finally being interested to ask about my experience. Nothing about my last leasing experience has been positive. I initially chose to lease a BMW believing I would be driving a reliable, dependable vehicle. This vehicle has been a complete disappointment. I have safety concerns for myself and my passengers. My problems with this vehicle have been numerous, and I feel that my concerns and complaints have been ignored or dismissed. As a downstate customer, I cannot help but wonder if my location is not a factor.
The rental car we were given was not clean inside. The passenger seat was not clean and the molding by the shift stuck was sticky and sandy. We are not chronic complainers, however, it just doesn’t feel right that OUR car came to you much cleaner than the car we received.
I bought a pre-owned BMW X5 (30000 miles) without a functioning horn, noisy wheels and extra hard steering. If I buy a certified pre-owned car I expect that all those flaws are checked before the car goes on sale. The horn was fixed but the noisy wheels are still there. Some secretary told me that is because of the tires. This is a sloppy excuse thinking the costumer is an idiot and does not know better! I also have driven many X5 before and none of them was so hard to steer. I guess one more costumer screwed…I certainly will not buy another car and bring any of my cars to you for service. Thanks!
Hi, My air conditioner needed to charged, and that took 3 HRS. I asked for a loaner but the service guy thought I was being silly asking for a loaner, (Other Dealer) ,has better customer service,I did let the person who was helping me know that the service was terrible, My sister is in the process of buying a 328i,her salesman is (name) from (city) I told her you guys had terrible customer servicer,or your cars sell so good that you don’t need any new customers
I’m not happy with your auto group!! from the time I bough my car I’ve had to bring it back for repairs 3 to 4 times a year. I don’t want to hear about you must be able to afford this car when buying one. I did not buy the car to have it in the repair shop as much as I have.
The worst service ever. Nothing Nice to say horrible would never bring my car back here ever.
